Glenn combines his passion for communicating and connecting, with deep expertise in hi-tech (e.g., cloud services, networking, security). Glenn has built and developed many high-performance teams in a variety of corporate functions and cultures, and many team members have gone on to executive roles. Throughout his career, Glenn has focused on foundational approaches that build understanding and trust, and is dedicated to teaching those approaches to others.

Glenn's background includes executive experience in engineering, CTO, marketing, and sales roles. Many of his roles were global, involving stakeholders worldwide.

Previous executive roles include Head of Specialist Solutions Architecture at AWS, Global Enterprise CTO at Juniper Networks, and Technical Chief of Staff in the Office of the CTO at Cisco. In these roles, Glenn built and led high-performance teams that developed and helped customers understand and adopt products and solutions, and define business strategy based on technology trends. His experience also includes engineering leadership roles in Silicon Valley startups, HP, and Apple.

Glenn holds Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
